Does it have power to the clock?

  • Dryer

Serial and model numbers will be inside the door on the body

  • Before calling us-- answer these questions:

    Does it have power?

Does it tumble? Is it heating?

If it is tumbling and heating but still not drying, have you checked the vent?

  • Washer

Model and serial numbers are most often found under the lid.

  • Oven

Model and serial number are most often on the inside of the drawer on the body under the oven door.

When elements go out they can spark and pop and sometimes be a bit scary. They may even flip the breaker. If you hear a popping sound, please do not continue to use the oven and give us a call.

  • Refrigerators

if you are having problems with your ice maker, check to see if water to the ice maker is on and that the arm to the ice maker is down.

  • Dishwashers

For too many suds- check your soap. If it has jet dry in it, and you are also adding jet dry, this can cause a problem. We suggest stopping using the jet dry or find a detergent without the jet dry. Also, never use dish soap in the dish washer. To get rid of excess suds, put powdered coffee creamer or vinegar in the bottom of the dishwasher and run for several cycles.
